Services Provided

Logishield LLC and GSA INFOTECH offer a range of services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design
  • Office 365 Admin Setup
  • Account Management for platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.
  • Integration Services, including plugin integration

Payment Terms

  1. Token Amount: A token amount may be required before the start of the project.
  2. Full Payment: The full payment is due upon completion of the project and after the customer has reviewed and expressed satisfaction with the delivered services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Service Completion: Upon completion of the services, customers will receive a digital authorization document to confirm their satisfaction.
  • Authorization Document: By digitally signing this document, the customer acknowledges that the services have been received and are satisfactory.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: As payment is collected only after the customer has verified and approved the services, there is a strict no-refund policy in place. Once the payment has been made and the authorization document is signed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Service Requests: If you encounter any issues with the provided services, please raise a service request. Describe the issue in detail and send your request via email to one of the following addresses:
  • Resolution Process: Our team will review your request and work towards resolving the issue as promptly as possible. Please note that the resolution process does not equate to a refund.
